The Fit is Honda’s 5-door subcompact hatchback that is designed to offer a high level of functionality,
sporty driving and a high-level of standard safety equipment. The Fit enters the U.S. market in 2006 as
a 2007 model but is already a popular model in Japan and Europe, where it is sold as the Honda
Jazz.
New for 2008
After making its debut for the 2007 model year, the 2008 Honda Fit adds a standard tire-pressure-
monitoring system and two new exterior colors, Tidewater Blue Metallic and Blackberry Pearl.

The seventh generation Civic arrived as a 2001 model and the Civic Si returned for 2002. The Civic
Hybrid was added as a 2003 model and features gas-electric hybrid technology. The entire Civic line
was all-new for 2006. For 2007, the Civic Si added a sedan version for the first time ever.
New for 2008
The 2008 Honda Civic receives adds more features for the EX-L including heated seats and side
mirrors, leather trim to steering wheel, seating surfaces and center armrest. A Civic MUGET Si sedan
also debuts featuring a high-performance suspension, forged aluminum 18-inch lightweight alloy
wheels, full aerodynamic body kit with adjustable rear wing spoiler and rear diffuser and a sport-
tuned exhaust system.

The Civic Hybrid sedan was added to the lineup for 2003, featuring a fuel-efficient gas-electric hybrid
powertrain. The Civic is Honda’s compact car offered in sedan, coupe, and hatchback versions. First
introduced as a small, inexpensive hatchback in 1972, the Civic has increased in size while
continuing to offer excellent fuel economy. Honda introduced an all-new second-generation Civic
Hybrid for the 2006 model year.

The Accord is Honda’s midsize car that is completely redesigned for 2008. With more dramatic styling
and an increase in size, the 2008 Accord Sedan offers the most room and comfort ever offered by an
Accord. The 2008 Accord includes three firsts for Honda in North America: next-generation Variable
Cylinder Management, interface dial controller and dual-chamber driver’s and front passenger’s side
airbags. Offered in both sedan and coupe versions, the coupe receives more aggressive and
emotional styling to differentiate it from the sedan. The Accord was first sold in the U.S. in 1976 as a
compact car and has grown larger and more luxurious, moving into the midsize category in 1998.
New for 2008
The redesigned 2008 Honda Accord features a number of firsts for the Accord model including the
use of Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure, Vehicle Stability Control for all trim
levels, Active Noise Cancellation on a nonhybrid Accord and active front-seat head restraints.
Consumers can choose from a 268-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 or 200-horsepower 2.4-liter 4-cylinder
engine. Eighteen-inch wheels are available on Accord V6 Coupe, 17-inch on Accord 4-cylinder and
steering-wheel audio controls are equipped for all trim levels.

The S2000 is based on the Honda SSM concept car that first appeared at the 1995 Tokyo Motor Show,
capturing the spirit of legendary high-performance sports cars of the past, as well as Honda's very
first sports car, the S500. According to Honda, the company's racing heritage is reflected in every
aspect of the S2000's design, performance and handling. For 2008 a club racer-inspired trim called
the CR is added to the lineup.
New for 2008
The 2008 Honda S2000 receives a new wheel design, revised spring and damper tuning, revised
meter design on instrument panel and a tire-pressure-monitoring system. Also, a new a club racer-
inspired trim level called the CR is added to the lineup. The CR provides more aggressive track-
oriented suspension settings, increased body and chassis rigidity, overall weight reduction and
aerodynamic spoilers. A removable aluminum hardtop replaces the convertible soft-top. Inside, the
seats have yellow stitching for a sporty appearance, an exclusive spherical aluminum shift knob that
sits lower and a peak-power indicator on the instrument panel.

Introduced for the 2003 model year, the Element is Honda’s interpretation of a crossover SUV which
Honda describes as a multi-functional and versatile light-duty truck. The Element has a hard, flat floor
like a pickup but is enclosed like an SUV, with side cargo doors and innovative seating to
accommodate both passengers and cargo. For 2007, the Element received its first update with new
styling, more standard equipment, 10 more horsepower, an optional 5-speed automatic
transmission and a sporty SC version.
New for 2008
The 2008 Honda Element continues unchanged but adds Royal Blue Pearl as a exterior color option
for the SC.

The CR-V is Honda’s compact SUV that was redesigned for 2007, featuring new exterior styling that
trades the trademark rear-mounted spare tire and side-hinged rear door for a rear liftgate. The CR-V
originally debuted in the U.S. in 1997, built on the Civic platform, and quickly became the best-selling
compact SUV. The CR-V was redesigned for 2002, offering more power and smoother exterior styling.
New for 2008
After getting redesigned for 2007, the 2008 Honda CR-V adds more features to the EX-L including a
new dual-zone automatic climate control system, a driver's seat with eight-way power adjustment,
power lumbar support and a premium audio system.

The Pilot is Honda’s midsize SUV with seating for up to 8 passengers. The original Honda midsize
SUV in 1993 was the Passport built by Isuzu and the Honda-designed and built Pilot debuted as a
2003 model based on the Odyssey platform. For 2006 the Odyssey received updates to the exterior
and interior, and two-wheel-drive versions are available for the first time.
New for 2008
The 2008 Honda Pilot adds the Value Package (VP) and Special Edition (SE) to the lineup with the VP
replacing the LX. The premium SE package adds to the features of the EX. Adding a rear privacy
glass, machined alloy wheels and XM satellite radio, the VP also features an upgraded audio,
steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, roof rails and body-color door mirrors, door handles and rear
spoiler. The SE adds features to the EX including a rear DVD rear entertainment system, XM satellite
radio, moonroof, 115-volt power outlet and ambient console lighting.

The Odyssey is Honda’s minivan, originally introduced in 1995 when it was built on the Accord
platform. When the larger second-generation Odyssey debuted for 1999 built on a new platform, it
was the largest Honda ever built. The third-generation Odyssey was introduced for the 2005 model
year. The 2007 Honda Odyssey adds a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, a center pocket coin
holder, a Tire-Pressure-Monitoring System, and two new exterior colors.

tailgate spoiler, redesigned alloy wheels, advanced technology Bluetooth® HandsFreeLink®

The Ridgeline is Honda’s first pickup truck and unlike traditional full-size pickups, it does not have a
separate cargo bed, but the passenger cab and the bed are integrated, giving the truck a distinctive
look. Ridgeline uses a fully integrated closed box frame and unit body construction, and is rated for a
half-ton (1,100-pound) bed capacity and 5,000-pound towing capacity. The Ridgeline also features
four-wheel fully independent suspension and a fully automatic Variable Torque Management 4-Wheel-
Drive System (VTM-4WD) that can transfer up to 70 percent of the available torque to the rear wheels.
New for 2008
The 2008 Honda Ridgeline adds a new wheel design with “machined styling” on the RTS and RTL
and the fabric interiors change from dual-tone styling to a contemporary single tone style on the RT,
RTX and RTS.
