Kia Rio
Kia’s entry-level sedan which is redesigned for the 2006 model year. For 2007 the Rio adds the four-
door SX to its lineup. The Rio is one of the lowest priced sedans sold in America, but Kia strives to
offer a full-feature vehicle with a stylish appearance. Kia first entered the U.S. market in 1994 with the
Sephia, however, the first Kia sold in the U.S. was actually the Ford Festiva, which Kia built for Ford
from 1987 to 1992.

Kia Spectra
Kia’s sporty compact sedan that is offered in both 4-door sedan and 5-door hatchback versions.
Designed to be competitively priced with a high level of standard safety equipment, the Spectra sedan
was updated during the middle of the 2004 model year. For 2005 the SX Sedan was added and the
Spectra5 became a separate model to replace the Spectra 5-Door. For 2007 the Spectra is updated
with a number of exterior and interior changes.

Kia Amanti
After a number of updates for 2006, the 2007 Kia Optima receives enhanced functionality of audio
steering wheel controls, increased brightness of the Supervision meter cluster and an increase of 1
hp and 1 lb-ft of torque for the 2.4-liter engine. 2008 Kia Amanti continues essentially unchanged for
the new model year after receiving styling updates and a new 264-horsepower 3.8-liter V6 for the 2007
model year.

Kia Sportage
Kia’s compact SUV which returned to the market with an all-new design for 2005, after a two-year
absence. The 2nd-generation Sportage is sportier & more elegant than its more rugged predecessor
with a longer wheelbase and wider stance. The exterior styling features sleeker aerodynamics and the
interior offers more room. The Sportage was first introduced in 1995 and in 1997 Sportage adopted
the automobile industry's first knee airbag to augment its high level of standard equipment.

Kia Rio5
Kia’s entry-level five-door that replaces the Rio Cinco for the 2006 model year alongside the Rio
sedan. The Rio and Rio5 are among the lowest priced vehicles sold in the U.S., but Kia strives to offer

Kia Sorento
Kia’s midsize SUV that was added for 2003, replacing the Sportage compact SUV in the Kia lineup.
The Sorento is available in LX and EX trims. It offers a high level of standard equipment including air
conditioning, front & rear side-curtain airbags, a 3.5L V6 engine. The Sorento enters its 2nd generation
for 2007 with a number of updates to the exterior & interior. Sorento is 1" longer overall, its suspension
has been revised for improved ride & handling. The engine output increases by 70-hp to 262.

Kia Optima
Kia’s midsize sedan smartly styled with very impressive levels of standard equipment, performance,
and safety coupled with competitive pricing. Exterior styling is crisp and modern, with shorter front &
rear overhangs, wheels pushed toward the corners, a longer wheelbase and wider track than its
predecessor, resulting in more interior volume than segment leaders. The Optima joined the Kia
lineup for 2001, adding a larger, more luxurious car to Kia’s compact cars and SUVs.

Kia Borrego
Kia’s midsize SUV that is powered by a choice of Kia’s two most powerful engines, a 276-horsepower
3.8-liter V6 or a 337-horsepower 4.6-liter V8, Kia’s first V8 engine, mated with a 6-speed automatic
transmission. Standard equipment includes air conditioning, an AM/FM/CD/MP3 six-speaker audio
system with USB and auxiliary input jack. The Borrego is the 1st Kia vehicle to offer SIRIUS Satellite
Radio. The Borrego will initially be offered in LX and EX trim levels with the Limited added later in 2009.

Kia Spectra5
Kia’s sporty compact 5-door version of the Spectra sedan. The Spectra has been offered in both 4-
door sedan and 5-door hatchback versions, designed to be competitively priced with a high level of

Kia Rondo
A 5-door crossover vehicle based on the FWD platform of the Kia Optima. Rondo is shaped like a
small minivan offering spacious legroom & headroom. Sharing engine, transmission & chassis
components with the Optima, the Rondo is offered with a 162-hp 2.4L engine or a 182-hp 2.7LV6. The
four cylinder comes with a 4-speed automatic while the V6 has a 5-speed automatic. Available in 5 &
7-passenger versions, the Rondo offers optional 3rd-row seating that can fold down in a 50/50 split.

Kia Sedona
Kia’s minivan and the new 2nd-generation Sedona debuts for 2006 with more HP and is substantially
larger in both length & width to provide more passenger room. The 2006 Sedona includes six
standard airbags including full-length side-curtain airbags for all 3 seating rows. For 2007 a short
wheelbase version is added to the Sedona lineup. The Sedona was originally introduced in July 2001
as a 2002 model, adding to the Kia lineup of cars & SUVs. Standard equipment include front & rear AC.
