The Versa is a 5-door entry-level subcompact hatchback that replaces the Sentra as the most
affordable vehicle in the Nissan lineup. Built on Nissan’s “B” platform, the Versa name reflects the
“versatile space” provided by the roomy interior and cargo area. Introduced as a 2007 model in 2006,
a sedan version was available in late 2006.
New for 2008
After debuting for the 2007 model year, the 2008 Nissan Versa adds an optional Sport Package on
the sedan SL (already available on hatchback SL). The Sport Package adds more performance and
bolder styling with a rear spoiler (roof-mounted for Hatchback, decklid-mounted for Sedan), lower
body side sill extensions, unique front and rear fascia hatchback), chin spoiler (sedan) and fog lights.
Cruise control is now available for the S.

The Sentra is Nissan’s entry-level sedan that was originally introduced in 1985. The fifth-generation
Sentra offered value-conscious trims with unique style and feel, as well as performance-oriented
trims. For 2007 the sixth-generation Sentra is completely designed and built on the new “C” platform
featuring a longer, wider, and taller body. With looks that’s similar to the full-size Maxima on the
outside, the interior is more spacious and the all-new 2.0-liter MR20DE engine has more
horsepower. However the SE-R and the SE-R Spec V continues with the refined QR25DE 4-cylinder
engine that produces 177 horsepower and 200 horsepower, respectively.
New for 2008
After receiving a facelift for the 2007 model year, the 2008 Nissan Sentra adds more features to the
2.0 S model including standard cruise control, optional Moonroof Package, new charcoal interior and
a standard Vehicle Security System.

The Altima is a midsize sedan and coupe and Nissan's best-selling car. The Nissan Altima was first
introduced in 1992, replacing the Stanza for the 1993 model year. A totally redesigned, second-
generation Altima was introduced for the 1998 model year. The larger third-generation Nissan Altima
went on sale for the 2002 model year, and for 2005 the Altima received additional interior and exterior
upgrades. For 2007 an all-new fourth-generation Altima arrived with distinctive styling and is built on
the new Nissan “D” platform with improved body rigidity and a redesigned suspension. For 2008, a
coupe version of the Altima is added to the lineup.
New for 2008
After receiving a redesign for 2007, the 2008 Nissan Altima adds a coupe version to its lineup. Based
on the 2007 Altima sedan, the Altima coupe is actually smaller, shorter and lighter than the sedan
and also has a shorter wheelbase. The sporty exterior design is highlighted by a unique grille, front
headlight design, unique rear combination lights and all major body panels (except hood) is different
from the sedan. Available in 2.5 S 6MT, 2.5 S CVT, 3.5 SE 6MT and 3.5 SE CVT, the Altima coupe
shares the much of the same interior design and features with the sedan. Powering the Altima coupe
is a 175-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine or a 270-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine with a 6-
speed manual transmission or the Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).

The Nissan Altima Hybrid is a 5-passenger midsize sedan that offers all the style, convenience, and
technology features as the gasoline version but with benefits of enhanced fuel economy and reduced
emissions. In September 2002, Nissan and Toyota signed a basic agreement in which Toyota will
supply Nissan with the hybrid system components (transaxle, inverter, battery, and control unit)
allowing Nissan to produce 100,000 hybrid vehicles within a five-year period. Nissan will be supplying
the gasoline engine and electric motor which means that the Altima Hybrid will drive quite differently
than the Toyota Prius.
New for 2008
After making its debut for the 2007 model year, the 2008 Nissan Altima Hybrid receives standard
splash guards, Diversity Antenna and an optional factory-activated XM Satellite Radio.

The Maxima is Nissan’s flagship sedan that receives a redesigned exterior, refined interior and a
standard CVT transmission for 2007. The sixth-generation midsize sport sedan last received a
significant redesign for the 2004 model year with new styling and an increase in performance. The
Maxima originally joined the Nissan lineup for the 1981 model year as a rear-wheel-drive sedan and
received a V6 engine for the first time in 1984 before the second-generation Maxima switched to a
front-wheel-drive configuration. Nissan has referred to the Maxima over the years as a "4-door sports
car."
New for 2008
After a total makeover for 2007, the 2008 Nissan Maxima receives a new Platinum Edition Package
that includes driver memory features, driver’s seat power lumbar support, auto-dimming outside
mirrors, HID bi-xenon headlights, Bluetooth hands-free phone system, heated steering wheel and
more.

The 350Z is Nissan’s modern recreation of the legendary Z-car, with styling cues from the original
240Z of the 1970s. The 300ZX was last sold in 1996 and the 350Z coupe debuted for the 2003 model
year with the Roadster joining the lineup for 2004. For 2006 the 350Z gets its first update with a
restyled exterior and a refined interior.
New for 2007
The 2007 Nissan 350Z receives the next-generation VQ35HR engine that produces 306 horsepower
and 268 lb-ft of torque and features a twin air intake system that helps reduce airflow resistance and
increases horsepower. Also new is the front hood design, gray-colored convertible top replaces the
previous blue top, three new exterior colors, front-seat mounted side-impact supplemental airbags on
the Roadster and a Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone system.

The Rogue is a new compact crossover utility vehicle aimed at young family buyers. Built on the
Nissan “C” platform, which provides high body stiffness, the Rogue is a front engine, front-wheel-drive
vehicle with optional all-wheel drive. The standard 4-wheel independent suspension gives a balance
of ride comfort and driving stability and all Rogues come standard with power-assisted front and rear
vented disc brakes with ABS, Electronic Brake Force Distribution and Brake Assist. With styling that
resembles the Murano crossover SUV, the Rogue’s performance-oriented exterior has sleek,
masculine styling with powerful rear shoulder lines. Inside, the Rogue is a driver-oriented cockpit that
offers excellent visibility and a number of standard safety features for protection.
New for 2008
The 2008 Nissan Rogue is an all-new SUV that’s available in two trims: S and SL. Powered by a
standard 170-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 175 lb-ft of torque, the Rogue is
mated with a standard Nissan Xtronic CVT. Some standard features include an AM/FM/CD 2DIN
audio system, rear 60/40 split-fold bench seat, dual-level center console storage with two cupholders
and a 12V power port, oversized glove compartment with partition and a keyless entry system. The
Rogue is equipped with a number of standard safety features including an Advanced Airbag System,
front seat-mounted side-impact supplemental airbags, roof-mounted curtain supplemental airbags
with rollover detection, front-seat Active Head Restraints, 3-point seatbelts and a tire-pressure-
monitoring system. A number of optional features are available including leather-appointed seats,
steering wheel and shifter knob, fold-flat front passenger seat, heated front seats and outside
mirrors, multi-display trip computer and Bluetooth Hands-Free phone system.

Nissan unveiled the Xterra at the 1999 North American International Auto Show. Based on the Frontier
pickup truck, the Xterra is a "return to the soul of the sport-utility vehicle," according to Jerry Hirshberg,
former president of Nissan Design International, Inc. The SUV targets younger people who lead active
lifestyles and find Nissan's midsize Pathfinder SUV out of reach. The Xterra is built at Nissan's
Smyrna, TN, plant.
New for 2008
The 2008 Nissan Xterra receives minor updates including a standard auto-dimming rearview mirror
with outside temperature gauge and compass, an optional Bluetooth Hands-free phone system, a
bright machined-finish on the 16-inch Off-Road grade wheel, new Technology Package, Red Alert as
an exterior color and Sandstone as a new interior color. Other updates include the S trim is added
with step rails, a first-aid kit and a cargo net; more contents are added to the Power Package
including power windows; locks and mirrors, remote keyless entry and cruise control.

The Pathfinder is Nissan’s midsize SUV. The original Pathfinder was introduced in 1985, long before
sport utilities became fashionable, as a 2-door vehicle based on the 4WD pickup and was praised for
its off-road abilities. Changes in U.S. vehicle import laws spurred the evolution of the Pathfinder into a
4-door in 1990. In the middle of the 1999 model year a new Pathfinder debuted that was no longer
truck-based, featuring a unique MonoFrame construction for a smoother, quieter ride. The all-new
2005 Pathfinder is build on an all-steel frame based on the full-size Armada SUV, offers three rows of
seating, and is assembled at Nissan’s Smyrna, Tennessee manufacturing facility. For 2008 the
Pathfinder adds an available 300-plus horsepower engine for the first time in its history.

The 2008 Nissan Pathfinder adds a 300-plus horsepower 5.6-liter V8 engine that delivers 380-plus lb-
ft of torque—the first V8 offered in its 22-year history. The V8 is available with the SE and LE. Updated
with new front and rear styling, the Pathfinder’s exterior also receives new wheel designs and new
colors. Inside, the 2008 Pathfinder adds new features including a heated steering wheel (LE only),
redesigned center console area, reclining 2nd row seat center section, illuminated switchgear
(except S V6), new trim packages, Intelligent Key with twist start (LE only), Bluetooth hands-free phone
system (LE only) and revised Nissan Navigation System with 9.3-gigabyte Music Box hard drive (LE
only).

The Murano is named after the elegant sculpted glass art that comes from the islands near Venice, a
tribute to the dramatic exterior and interior styling of the Murano. Nissan's first crossover SUV, the
Murano combines the desirable attributes of a truck-based SUV, such as cargo capacity, ride height
and available all-wheel drive, with the refinement, handling, and ride comfort of a sedan.
New for 2007
After a number of upgrades for 2007, the 2007 Nissan Murano adds minor updates including a
standard Tire-Pressure-Monitoring System (TPMS) and driver and passenger seat belt warning lights
to the Murano’s safety notification system.

The Pathfinder Armada was shown for the first time at the 2003 New York International Auto Show.
With bold and aggressive styling, the Armada is Nissan’s first entry into the full-size SUV market with
a powerful 5.6-liter V8 engine and 8-passenger seating. The Armada is produced at Nissan’s new
plant in Canton, Mississippi and was initially sold as the Pathfinder Armada but the name was
shortened to Armada during the first year in the market. For 2008 the Armada receives an interior and
exterior update.

The 2008 Nissan Armada receives interior and exterior updates that include new front and rear
fascias, new headlight and fog light designs, new one-piece roof rack and a 20-inch wheel and tire
package (LE only). The interior is fitted with a 3rd row power folding 60/40 seat (optional LE), new
gated shifter, a locking glove compartment, revised steering wheel, combination meter illumination,
new wood grain accents (LE only) and new colors and fabrics. New equipment that is standard on the
LE and optional on the SE includes an Intelligent Key with twist start, enhanced Bose sound system
with a 9.3-gigabyte Music Box hard drive and 3rd row speakers and amplifier. Other improvements
include the Nissan Navigation system with XM NavTraffic and a larger 8-inch screen for the optional
DVD Entertainment Package.

The 2007 Nissan Quest receives the most significant mid-cycle updates in which Nissan has ever
invested. Updated with a completely revised interior, a refine exterior and numerous comfort and
convenience feature enhancements, Nissan claims the Quest is still the most distinctive minivan on
the market. The first Quest minivan was introduced in 1993, the fruit of a joint venture with Ford Motor
Company that also produced the Mercury Villager. A second-generation Quest was sold from 1999 to
2002. The Quest was redesigned for 2004 with more expressive styling than its predecessor, along
with a host of innovative features and improved driving performance.
New for 2007
The 2007 Nissan Quest receives an exterior update including a new grille, front bumper fascia,
redesigned rear combination taillights, revised roof rack design, chrome door handles, new 16-inch
and 17-inch alloy wheels, and side sills added to the 3.5 SE. The interior is fitted with a number of
features including a totally redesigned instrument panel with the gauges moved directly in front of the
driver; a new third-row fold-flat seat design with integrated auto-folding head restraints and spring
assist for easier operation; available Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone System, RearView Camera and
Rear Sonar System, an in-dash six CD changer with MP3 playback and auxiliary audio input and
larger 8-inch DVD screens. Noise, vibration and harshness isolation has been improved while both
the steering feel and ride quality have been recalibrated for a more comfortable ride.

The Frontier is Nissan’s midsize truck, available as either King Cab or Crew Cab with 2WD or 4WD.
Nissan became the first automaker to sell a compact pickup truck in the U.S. in 1959 under the
Datsun name. The 1998 Frontier was Nissan’s first pickup redesign in ten years and the first pickup
to have a Nissan name. A 4-door Crew Cab was added in 2000 and in 2001, it was redesigned with
bold exterior styling and an available supercharged engine. For 2005 Nissan introduced the current-
generation Frontier, which is bigger and more powerful, moving up to the midsize truck category.
New for 2008
The 2008 Nissan Frontier receives a number of updates including new packages. The Technology
Package offers an upgraded sound system with an auxiliary jack, steering-wheel audio controls,
Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, XM Satellite Radio, Nissan Immobilizer and Vehicle Security
System. Also newly available are the XE Preferred Package, a standard Appearance Package for King
Cab SE 4-cylinder models, a standard Utility Bed Package on NISMO models and a new finish for the
16-inch NISMO wheels. Other updates include a power cloth driver’s seat for the LE trims and a new
Beige interior color.

The Titan in Nissan’s full-size pickup that was first unveiled at the 2003 North American International
Auto Show in Detroit and went on sale as a 2004 model. Conceived, developed and engineered
primarily in North America, the Titan is produced at Nissan’s new facility in Canton, Mississippi.

The 2008 Nissan Titan receives updates to the interior and exterior that includes a revised front
bumper, new wheel designs, new grille and new headlight and fog light designs. Inside, the 2008
Titan features a new seat design, refined gauge and meter clusters, HVAC outlets and center-stack
design. A special interior package is available for the new PRO-4X featuring unique seating, steering
wheel and shifter stitching, embroidered seat logo and unique leather-appointed seat option. Other
enhancements include the optional 350-watt, 10-speaker Rockford Fosgate audio package with
Bluetooth hands-free phone system and XM satellite radio tuner; and a revised DVD Mobile Theatre
System with fold-down 8.0-inch monitor (up from 7.0 inch).
