We realize that some webmasters and/or affiliates have never heard of traffic exchanges. In fact, most webmasters and/or affiliates, and even "SEO
Experts", have never, ever heard of traffic exchanges. This is unfortunate because all of your "Search Engine Optimization" (SEO) Efforts will profit you
very little if your website(s) aren't getting massive traffic, and don't have a decent Traffic Rank (with Alexa, for example). Plain and simple, you cannot
compete in search engines for POPULAR key words/phrases UNLESS your site has "popularity". Your "Alexa Traffic Rank" can give you a very good
idea of just how popular your site is.

The best, fastest way to increase your Alexa Traffic Rank is to drive TONS of traffic to your site(s). But, the question then becomes, "How do I get traffic
to my sites?" Well, there are many ways to do this. Some cost more than others. One great way is to get Press exposure to your site by getting news
stations and newspapers to tell stories about it, which is always going to drive visitors to your site. But, face it, most websites never make it to the
news media. If you can get the media to pay attention to your site, then by all means, take advantage of that.

Probably the most common, popular means to get traffic to your site (especially if your site is brand new and has basically no meaningful "organic"
search engine listings) is to utilize paid ads at Google, Yahoo and other Pay Per Click (PPC) Search Engines. BUT, the trouble with this is that...

1. It's expensive, especially if you want hundreds of thousands (or MILLIONS) of hits per month
2. There are a LOT of cheat bots (mainly from China) that go through and click on your ads, seemingly for the pure purpose of costing you money and
eliminating your ads as competition
3. Most of those clicks you will receive from PPC Search Engines are 1 or 2 seconds long, and drive (mainly) uninterested users to your site(s)
4. Unless you can write good text ads, you will probably not achieve full benefits of PPC Search Engines
5. Did we mention, IT'S EXPENSIVE! USUALLY AT LEAST 10-25 Cents PER CLICK!

So, you want traffic to your sites and affiliate links, but you don't have a budget of several thousand dollars to get this traffic flowing. This is the situation
of MOST webmasters and affiliates.

This is where "Traffic Exchange" comes in VERY handy. There is NO other means by which ANYONE can drive THOUSANDS of FREE HITS TO THEIR
WEBSITES EVERY SINGLE DAY.

If anyone can do this, why don't more people do it? That's what we wonder. We chalk it up to MOST people never even having heard the phrase "traffic
exchange". EVEN "SEO EXPERTS"!

We consider ourselves SEO Experts, of sorts. And we often are confronted, locally and on the Internet, by "SEO Experts" that claim, "There is no way to
raise your sites popularity without links back to your site!"...Baloney! We've driven traffic ranks on websites up to the 100,000 range with absolutely NO
links back whatsoever. And we've done it PURELY through traffic exchange.

What "Experts" they are, eh? Some are even so narrow minded that they refuse to even try FREE Traffic Exchange for themselves, even though it's
ENTIRELY FREE TRAFFIC! Crazy, huh?

It's true, 99% of all traffic exchanges charge absolutely NO mandatory fee's for using their services, and in fact, most traffic exchanges NEED the
majority of their members to be "FREE MEMBERS", meaning, members that don't take the easy route and buy traffic, but rather "earn" the free traffic. It
all has to be in balance and harmony as far as the ratio of "paying members" to "free members" if a traffic exchange is to be successful. As you come
to understand traffic exchange, you'll come to understand why.

Ok, so how does traffic exchange work? It works like this...

Webmasters and affiliates want to get people to actually LOOK at their sites and/or affiliate links. So, to accomplish this, they are willing to look at
YOUR website(s) and affiliate links. It's TRULY that simple, and it really is "exchanging traffic". There are different means by which this "exchange" of
website traffic is accomplished, but it MOSTLY works just like this...

You sign up for an account at a traffic exchange (like the ones listed), and this account is FREE (rarely does a traffic exchange require a membership
fee). Usually (but not always) the traffic exchange offers you free hits, banner impressions and/or text ads just for signing up. And, if you want MORE
free hits/free traffic, then you can view other members websites, OR, you can pay money for the hits. It's up to you. Now, not all sites you view are going
to be of interest to you, but you do find that "gem" that is really useful to you every now and again. Not everyone that views your site is going to be
interested, but that's just how it goes. At least your not paying 25 cents each time someone looks at your site (like you would with a Pay Per Click
Search Engine). And even if you buy the hits rather than earn them, your usually paying tenths of a penny for that traffic, not 25 pennies.

So, how did traffic exchange come about? Well, the Internet has bred a lot of ingenuity. Like with anything else, it's produced needs for webmasters,
and as they say, "necessity is the mother of invention".

The very first traffic exchange EVER was invented was sometime around 2001, it is AutoHits out of Denmark. The man, Bob Peters that invented it had
to have been VERY creative, and it's an exchange that is still online TODAY. They have over 100,000 members, and at any given time there is 1500+
members or more "surfing", viewing other members sites. This is phenomenal, and is likely the busiest traffic exchange online even today. If you want
a LOT of unique hits, and HIGH, HIGH volume traffic, this is where you go.

You should sign up with between 10-- 20 Exchanges and surf them in a new tab in Internet Explorer or Mozilla. Leave them open when you go to work
or leave your computer & open more open before you go to bed.
